Cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance on WhatsAPP or by phone call only. No exceptions. *Requirements: Shower/ Bath prior. Clean, dry skin and hair, free from salt, Fake tan, lotions or heavy perfumes. SHOWERING prior to massage is a must. Refrain from applying body lotion and body oils. This affects the efficacy of the equipment, lasers, etc. and can damage the Infra-red Crystal mat. We have to the right to turn you away for poor hygiene, no refunds of any kind returned! *Confirmation and cancellation must be verified 48 to 24 hours prior.
