In this 2 hour workshop, you will learn the lore, history and basics of flower essences. We will discuss their meanings, uses and tools to develop the skills to create and use your own flower essences effectively. We will focus on 4 flower essences and their properties. No prior knowledge or materials required. We will include a supplies / materials list and step by step guide, for students wishing to create the flower essence we will be working with during the workshop. This is optional and any materials needed are not included in workshop price. This workshop is a precursor to our upcoming 4 week course in Mallorca, TBA/December 2024.
